To start off the company not only eailed me but found my whats app contact and messaged me from 2 different avcount/numbers numerous times. Told me "Oh, my god" when I said I wasn't home to open the package then asked twice for the date I would be home which is no one's buisness except my own. Called me honey numerous times and even told me to calm down despite failing to provide a return address after I asked for the return address over 10 time (actually over 10 times, I counted).
Followed all instructions yet nails came off with in 6 hours. Company stated "Perhaps due to the cold weather, the stickiness of jelly glue has weakened. You can try using liquid glue instead". Company is assuming weather conditions and not taking responsibility for ensuring their product can handle shipping and application all year.
Also why is the cost of short nails not significantly cheaper than the long? Also they are not hand made, they claim they are, do people individually cut each nail and shape? Negative, a machine cuts them. Humans make pack them, 100% made in a factory, they even admitted to it in a message. Nails come from an overseas package.
They are still refusing to refund me and provide a shipping address.
Can't even be bothered to send an email with the same font, text size and spacing throughout. Obviously cut and pasted throughout.
Can NOT recommend this company enough.
