We take full responsibility for the following situations:
• Wrong items sent
• Quality issues
• Order errors caused by our team
• Missed shipping deadlines
We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of delivery for any seller-related issues.
Just send us an email with photos and your order number and we'll make it right-fast.
🟣2. Customer-Caused Issues
Common examples include:
• Loss or damage due to improper handling or wear
• One or two nails not fitting correctly
You’ve got two easy options:
1. Free replacements with your next order
– When placing your next order, just email us with the original order number, set name and the exact nail(s) you need replaced. We'll include them for Free.
2. Purchase replacements ($3/piece)

At checkout, please leave a note with your order number and nail sizes or email us the details after purchase.
We’ll get your custom replacements made and shipped ASAP 💅
🟣3. Order Cancellations or Changes
Requested by the customer:
• Within 24 hours of purchase:
– You may request a full refund or free order changes (e.g. design, size, or shipping info).
• After 24 hours, but before shipment:
– As each set is handmade to order, once production has started, a 30% processing fee will be applied.
• After shipment:
– We’re unable to accept cancellations or changes once the order has shipped.
If cancellation is due to an issue on our end, such as:
• Delays beyond the promised shipping timeframe
• Items being out of stock
• Package lost in transit
We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund, along with a special discount code as a token of our apology and appreciation for your patience💜
